The Chairman of Binter Pedro Agustín del Castillo highlights the company’s achievements during the last year “they have tested the airlines’ capacity to adapt to changes in the market, such as the increase of discount for residents to 75%”.

Throughout this year, the flight punctuality rate for inter-island connections achieved an average of 94.13%, reaching 98% in May, and 97.30% in April.

The best digital brand

Binter has managed to reach top position in the Canarias Mediabrand ranking that measures the digital identity of brands in the Canaries from the point of view of quality and quantity.

In this ranking, which analyses reputation, the audience, positioning and website adaptation to different mobile telephones, the Canary airline has managed to achieve a score of 63 points adding together the marks from the four indicators. Thus, it has become the brand with the largest digital presence in the Canaries, according to a study carried out by Canarias Mediabrand.
